Q: What type of business can be at @lt?

A: Most of them! We do have restrictions put in place by the Town due to zoning, so you can't do retail sales, personal services, manufacturing or warehousing.

Q: What do I need to do to get started?

A: Let us know the type of business you have, the space you are looking at and when you'd like to get in on our Partner Application.  Once that is reviewed, we can accept payment for your first month rent plus a $200 security deposit.  After a lease is signed, you'll need to obtain a no-charge zoning permit and Town of Vinton Business license so you're "legal".
